The Space

Austin Rainey Street Retreat is 641 square feet of modern Austin style, with wide-plank wood floors, concrete accents, and local art that celebrates the city from bluebonnets to the skyline. Mornings start with a Nespresso by the window, sheer curtains glowing as the sun rises over the river.

The living room is made for slowing down: a deep leather sofa (which opens to a queen sleeper), a lounge chair, and a 50-inch smart TV for a movie night in. Share breakfast tacos or a late-night snack at the cozy banquette dining nook beneath a vibrant Austin pop-art piece.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook in, from a full-size French-door refrigerator and convection oven to sleek stone counters. When the day winds down, the bedroom offers a king bed, city lights through the glass, and a 50-inch smart TV of its own. The bathroom features a glass walk-in shower wrapped in speckled terrazzo-style tile, and a private in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy.

Central air and heat, fast building WiFi, and a hotel-style front desk round out a stay that feels like your own downtown apartment.
